Le total des sommes sera cersé à chaque employé qui réfère un candidat qui est par la suite embauché par l’entreprise. Vous serez contacté et payé selon les modalités mentionnéesseulement si le candidat est embauché.
Si plusieurs employés ont référé le même candidat, le montant de 1500$ sera offert au 1er employé qui l’aura référé ou divisé en parts égales entre les employés si l’ordre du référencement est impossible à établir.
L’entreprise assurera la confidentialité du processus et aucune information quant aux conditions d’embauche, raison de refus ou autre ne sera révélée.
La Direction se réserve le droit d’apporter des modifications au programme en tout temps. Vous serez avisé de toute modification par la suite.

OTHER TERMS:
The total amount will be paid to each employee who refers a candidate who is subsequently hired by the company. You will be contacted and paid according to the terms mentioned above only if the candidate is hired.
If several employees refer the same candidate, the amount of $ 1,500 will be offered to the 1st employee who made the referral, otherwise the amount will be divided equally among the employees who made the referral if the order is impossible to establish.
The company will ensure the confidentiality of the process and no information as to the terms of employment, reason for refusal or other will be revealed.
Management reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time. You will be notified of any changes thereafter.
